Wine Sculptures

Wine decanters tend to be a bit boring in general, more purposeful than aesthetically pleasing.  They need to meet numerous criteria to be a good carafe and further bring out the taste of the wine such as being made well with no impurities, no drip, etc. But say you put all that aside and want a conversation piece more than anything else. Then Etienne Meneau wine sculptures are right up your alley.  Want to pour red wine like blood out of a heart then take a look at the Grand Coeur(see above). Maybe you would rather have your wine be displayed in an upright tree branch like Carafe No.5?  More pics after the break.
