Continuing our weekend trip out to the burbs, we ventured into Cloverdale with the intent on rifling through some antique stores but were quite sad to see that most are out of business and the big one in Cloverdale, Red Barn Antiques, are closing their doors after 40 years of business. With one month left open they are selling off their goods for between 20-40%. A favourite for movie prop rentals, you can still find a great assortment of juke boxes, taxidermy, antique gas pumps, retro soda pop machines, china, cufflinks and everything in between. We had our eye on a 50's rotating table lamp with a great Canadian landscape, a soothing memory of a time gone by. More pics after the jump.
