The Allman Brothers at the Beacon Theatre
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of their classic album "Eat A Peach," the Allman Brothers are playing the historic Beacon Theatre in NYC for a 10 show run in March. It's unfortunate for us, especially having never seen them live for ourselves, that we are unable to attend one of these sure to be great shows ourselves, but for those of you in the area or of the means to get yourself there, this is something that is not to be missed. Above, we give you the track "Little Martha," written by Duana Allman just months before his passing due to a motorcycle accident. The duelling guitars of Duane and Dickey Betts are widely considered to be one of, if not the most perfect guitar song ever written.
