We've tried three times to concisely convey the complex theme of this movie, but are finding that our words are failing us. The trailer does an excellent job of summing up the theme, far better than our clumsily written sentences could ever do...but we'll default to the most concise description ever from IMDB: "The untold story of 'bad-boy' Johnny Cash, his talented but troubled manager Saul Holiff, and a son searching for his father in the shadow of a legend." The movie is garnering rave reviews at TIFF, and is expected to have a far wider than expected release this fall. We hope that you enjoy the trailer as much as we did.
