If we could find a way to get a pair, we would buy these tomorrow. Absolutely ingeneous design for a speaker that hangs, rather that sits. Inspired by the moment of when a drop of water hits the surface of a still body of water, the Hot Drop speaker fires the noise downwards, and relies on an acoustic lens to disperse the sound in all directions throughout the room. Word on the street is that they rely on airplay technology, so they are essentially wireless (except for mounting or course), and you will be able to stream music from all of your favourite iOS devices.
