Every year in Montreal an interactive installation is incorporated into a high traffic area. This year Daily Tous Les Jours has created 21 Swings which is a musical fiber-optic connected swing set in which each swing is linked to an instrument. When you swing alone it makes one sound but when people start swinging together in-sync, rhythm and pattern, more instruments are played and suddenly you are in a band. Summed up best by the artists and designers "The installation offers a fresh look at the idea of cooperation - the notion that we can achieve more together than alone."
