The History of Food in 100 Recipes

Never wanting to intentionally claim someone else's thoughts as our own, and being that we are borrowing their photograph, we will draw you attention to a great food writer for everything you need to know about the above cookbook (here). Even though the site and author Jason Wain pulled the plug on the site, there are plenty of great things there to make you a better cook, and some truly great recipes. With regards to the book, if you are at all interested in food and cooking, this book would appear to be essential reading. You can get your copy here.
