Tixinda Toys

Even as adults, we like toys.  No not the ones you are thinking of, but actual toys and we're always on the lookout for artistic and fun ones.  From what we can gather, Tixinda is a Mexican design duo that specialize in producing creative toys, characters and illustrations that celebrate their Mexican culture and ethnicity.  We wish we could tell you more, but unfortunately their website is only in Spanish and we have to decipher what we can from their images.  But what images!  Our favourite is the one shown here, delicately handcrafted with precision and attention to detail showcased beautifully in the beadwork and colourful displays.
