GVAL Chair

This chair is both so beautiful and ingenious, that it is no wonder that its design was birthed by not one, but four people. Vanesa Moreno, Gustavo Reboredo, Louis Sicard, and Nenad Katic's design was so good in fact, that it recently won the first prize in the Making Chairs category of the Art on Chairs competition. The ingenious part is the two inserts that can be removed, becoming either a stool, or another chair if stacked together. Hit the jump to see some pics about what we mean. No word on production yet, but ideas this good have a way of being snatched up somewhere, and we're certain you'll see this chair in fine furniture stores everywhere.
