Luke Lamp Co. - Industrial Cage Lamp

We know...you can't swing a dead cat without hitting an Edison bulbed light fixture. We ourselves most likely fall into the hipster douche category because we are sporting some Edison bulbs over the dining room table. We, along with many, many others, think they look great. We also have them in a quasi-industrial faux recycled looking fixture, which again, we think looks cool. Having some vintage (or vintage appearing pieces) in an other wise modern home lends an air of heritage, or providence if you will, when there really is none. If you're looking for something similar for your place, we think the folks at Luke Lamp Co do some pretty great work. We've actually featured their Jar Lamp before, and we're doing it again with their Cage Lamp. We're thinking the whole little vignette shown above, complete with old sailors rope, would be a nice set up in the home. You can see and learn more here.
